Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken 

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Seasoning of choice - salt, pepper, taco, pizza, etc

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add your chicken, baking powder and seasoning 

  3. Bake for 30 mins and then let it cool for 15-20 minutes until it gets super crispy.
