Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1 tsp baking powder
Seasoning of choice - salt, pepper, taco, pizza, etc
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375F.
In a large mixing bowl, add your chicken, baking powder and seasoning
Bake for 30 mins and then let it cool for 15-20 minutes until it gets super crispy.
