2 Ingredient Cool Whip Candy
Yields: 8 Bars
Ingredients:
1 8oz package Cool whip (zero sugar)
2 cups Choczero dark chocolate chips
Optional - 1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions:
In a large bowl, melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in 15-second intervals.
Add your Cool Whip into the bowl and fold until the chocolate and whipped cream have combined.
Line a 8x8 square pan with parchment or plastic wrap. Add your whipped mixture into the bowl and freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
Remove and cut into rectangles. This is the inside of your candy.
Melt the other cup of your chocolate chips and dip them until fully coated.
Place your candy bars back in the freezer to set, and enjoy!
