3 Ingredient Protein Muffins

 
 

Yields: 12 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups gluten free flour

  • 1 cup vanilla protein yogurt 

  • 14 oz vanilla protein shake

Low Carb Version:

  • 4 cups almond flour

  • 1 cup vanilla protein yogurt 

  • 14 oz vanilla protein shake

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add your ingredients. Mix well.

  3. Line your cupcake pan with liners. Scoop your muffins, filling them about ¾ of the way. 

  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, cut and enjoy!
