90 Second Cornbread

Ingredients: 

  • 3 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tsp cornmeal (optional)

  • 1 tbsp powdered sweetener or sugar free honey

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 large egg

  • Dash of cinnamon (about ¼ tsp)

  • 1 tbsp Choczero sugar free honey

Directions:

  1. Add everything into your mug and microwave in a square ramekin for 60 seconds!

  2. Top with honey butter and enjoy!
