Big Mac Smashed Tacos

 
 

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 6 A La Madre low carb corn tortillas (discount code: lowcarblove)

  • 1 lb ground beef 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • 6 cheddar cheese slices  

  • 1 roma tomato, sliced  

  • ¼ cup shredded lettuce 

  • 1 cup onions, diced 

Sauce:

  • ½ cup avocado mayo

  • 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1 pickle spear, diced finely 

  • 4 tbsp unsweetened ketchup 

  • 2 tbsp Choczero sugar free honey  

Directions: 

  1. In a large bowl, combine your ground beef with your salt and pepper. Create 6 burger patties, flattening them out. 

  2. Place your patties on a tortilla and in a nonstick pan, place them patty side down and cook for 2-3 mins. Flip and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until your tortilla is crispy. 

  3. At this point, you can add your dairy free cheese and let it cook

  4. In a separate bowl, make your sauce. 

  5. Remove your smashburger tacos from your pan and add your shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sauce.
