Buffalo Chicken Dip
Servings: 8
Ingredients:
3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
4 tbsp Texas Pete hot sauce
1 cup avocado mayo
8 oz light cream cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 cup pepper jack cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
In a large mixing bowl, add your mayo, softened cream cheese, hot sauce, chicken, cheeses, seasonings and green onions. Mix until well combined.
Place your dip in an oven safe baking dish. Top with any additional cheese you want.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until nice and bubbly!
Pair with low carb crackers or chips and enjoy.
