Creamiest Egg Salad
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
9 boiled eggs
¼ cup avocado mayo
2 tbsp room temperature butter
1 tbsp yellow or dijon mustard
1 stalk celery, finely diced
1 stalk green onion, finely diced
¼ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Boil your eggs and peel them completely.
Chop your eggs. You can either separate your egg whites and yolks to get a finer chop, or keep it chunky!
Mash your eggs and add all of your ingredients
Mix until nice and creamy.
