Dairy Free Alfredo Sauce
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower or 2 lbs cauliflower florets
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 cup vegetable broth
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large stock pot, fill it up with water and bring to a boil.
Boil your cauliflower until fork tender (about 5-6 minutes)
