Keto Egg Chiladas
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 small can Enchilada sauce
¼ cup Cheese
1 tablespoon of sour cream
1 tablespoon of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of tapatio
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Lightly spray pan with avocado oil.
While the pan is heating, whisk eggs with heavy cream, sour cream, and tapatio.
After the pan has heated up, pour in the whisked egg.
Season with salt and pepper.
Set aside.
In another pan add shredded cheese to form a circle and cook until the cheese has crisped and set.
Add in half of the scrambled egg and roll.
Repeat for two cheese enchiladas.
Add back to same pan and pour enchilada sauce and cook until hot.
