Low Calorie Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (or you can use rotisserie)

  • ¾ cup low fat greek yogurt 

  • 2 tbsp avocado mayo 

  • 1 stalk celery, chopped small and fine 

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard 

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Green onion, finely chopped

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix. 

  2. Let your chicken salad sit in the fridge until its time to serve. It’s best served cold!
