Rainbow Mason Jar Salad

Ingredients:
1 medium to large mason jar with a screw-on lid
1/4 cup dressing of choice - I’m using balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
1/4 sliced carrots or carrot strips
1/4 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1/4 sliced Persian cucumbers
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup baby spinach or lettuce
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
Feta cheese for garnish or shaved parmesan cheese
Directions:
Place your dressing on the bottom of your mason jar.
Add your toppings in order of the items listed here if you want it to have a rainbow effect.
