Taco Lettuce Wraps
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
¼ red bell pepper
¼ white onion, diced
2 tbsp diced cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp taco seasoning
4-6 romaine lettuce leaves
1/4 cup sour cream or mayo
2 tbsp hot sauce of choice
Avocado slices
Directions:
In a saute pan, add your ground beef and cook for 4-5 mins until
Add your onions, bell peppers into your pan and cook until translucent.
Assemble your tacos. Add your ground beef onto the washed lettuce leaves.
Top with your toppings of choice and enjoy!
