Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • ½ cup strawberries

  • 2-3 low carb Choczero butter cookies 

  • 1 cup ice 

  • Sweetener to taste 

Toppings

  • Whipped Cream

Directions:

  1. Add everything into your blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth!

  2. Serve in a glass and top with whipped cream!

Maple Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup ice 

  • 2 tbsp Choczero sugar free maple syrup

  • Optional - 1 scoop of protein powder 

Toppings

  • Whipped cream

  • Peanut butter drizzle 

Directions:

  1. Add everything into your blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth!

  2. Serve in a glass and top with whipped cream and peanut butter drizzle!

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp sugar free sweetener or Choczero sugar free maple syrup 

  • 1 cup ice 

Toppings

  • Lemon zest

  • Blueberries

Directions:

  1. Add everything into your blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth!

  2. Serve in a glass and add toppings of choice!
