Zero Carb Chicken Bread Loaf

Yields: 12 slices

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken breast or 1 lb chicken breast, precooked

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese

  • 5 large eggs

  • ½ tablespoon avocado oil

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • Optional - seasonings of choice

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 365F.

  2. On medium high heat, cook your chicken in avocado oil and salt. Let cool.

  3. In a blender, add your cooked chicken, eggs, parmesan cheese and baking powder and any additional seasonings and blend until smooth.

  4. Place your bread batter in a well greased loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

  5. Slice and serve!
