2 Ingredient Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 scoop lightly packed vanilla protein powder (I’m using the one from flavcity - discount code: lowcarblove)
2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg whites
2 tbsp water
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together your ingredients until combined. For fluffier pancakes, make it with egg whites!
Using a skillet or griddle, place it over medium high heat.
Add your batter and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until it is golden brown.
Top with butter and sugar free maple syrup and enjoy!
