Ingredients:
Salmon
2 salmon filets
Salt and pepper to taste
Marinade
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tbsp Choczero sugar free maple syrup
Toppings
¼ cucumbers
Directions:
Lightly season your salmon with salt and pepper.
Make your salmon marinade and add to your salmon.
Cook your salmon on a saute pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. Right at the end, add your maple syrup.
Serve with veggies, avocado, sesame seeds and green onion!
